Gel Removal

We offer acetone-free gel removal with care for the health of your natural nails.

Nail Extensions & Repairs

IMPRESS is primarily a gel nail salon and is not a full-set sculpted extension specialty salon.

If you have a broken or shortened nail, we may be able to provide partial extensions or repairs where needed.

* Please note that we do not offer sculpted extensions on all 10 nails.
Service time and pricing will be provided before your reservation is confirmed, after we review your nail condition and desired design.

03 — Reservation & Your Visit

From Reservation Request to Your Visit.
If it's your first time visiting us, no worries — we'll review your preferences in advance before confirming your appointment.

First, tell us what you love

Use the reservation form to send us photos of your current nails and inspiration images for the nails you'd like.

We'll review everything

Once we receive your photos and preferences, we'll contact you with the recommended service, estimated time, estimated price, and available appointment times.
If needed, we may ask a few additional questions about your nails or design.

Your reservation is confirmed

Your appointment will be confirmed once we have both agreed on the service and appointment time.

Final consultation together

Before we begin, we'll check your nails in person and confirm the design, color, length, and shape together. After confirming the final details, we'll ask you to sign a consent form.

Now it's time to relax and enjoy your nails. Feel free to tell us about your trip, your favorite fashion, or anything else you'd like to chat about. ♡
For longer appointments, we recommend using the restroom before the service begins.

Once your nails are complete, we'll check the final result together and proceed with payment. We hope your new nails become one of your favorite memories from Tokyo.

International guests are kindly asked to contact us in advance before booking.

Everyday English communication is available. To make sure we understand your preferences accurately, we may use translation tools when needed.

A special consultation fee applies for advance consultation and English-language communication support. All details, including the fee, will be provided before your reservation is confirmed.

When You Arrive

The entrance is on the left side when facing CoCo Ichibanya. Please open the brown lattice door and go up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

At the 2nd floor auto-lock entrance, please call Room 701. Once the door is unlocked, please take the elevator up to the 7th floor.

When you arrive at Room 701, you do not need to ring the doorbell. Please come straight in.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 2 days before your appointment date.

Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations or changes made the day before or on the day of your appointment.
